We run a structured, code-aligned review that reduces uncertainty before capital is committed.
Geology & resources: database integrity, sampling QA/QC, domaining, variography, estimation method and classification to NI 43-101/JORC; reconciliation where available.
Mine planning: pit shells/phase design or UG method selection, dilution and ore loss, equipment selection, haulage rules, LOM schedule logic, stockpiling and cut-off strategy.
Processing: representativity of variability testwork, recovery curves, impurity penalties and operating windows.
Infrastructure & services: power, water, logistics, availability assumptions and TSF alignment to GISTM.
Economics, permitting and ESG—European reality
We rebuild CAPEX/OPEX (including sustaining/closure), test price/FX and key driver sensitivities (grade, recovery, strip ratio, availability) and benchmark against comparable operations. Permitting pathways are mapped for Nordic/EU rules; we check baseline status, license conditions, stakeholder expectations and closure liabilities (ARO/IFRS).
