Revenues reflect product specs, payabilities and penalties; costs include owner’s, contingency and escalation. We document assumptions and provide a change log so conclusions are reproducible.
Sensitivities, scenarios and comparables
Valuation should reflect uncertainty. We run sensitivities on grade, recovery, strip ratio, throughput, availability, CAPEX/OPEX and price/FX; define scenarios (base, downside, upside) and test schedule slippage and ramp-up. We benchmark costs and operating intensity against comparable Nordic/EU mines and disclose royalty/fiscal impacts clearly.
