We begin with database validation and sampling QA/QC (standards, blanks, duplicates), followed by geological interpretation and wireframing. Domaining reflects lithology, alteration and structure; variography informs the estimation method (OK, MIK or IDW) and search strategy. Density workflows are explicit, with checks against lithologies and reconciliation where possible.
Models built for engineering, not just reporting
Block models include practical selectivity, dilution and ore-loss treatment so planners can optimize cut-off, stockpiles and schedules without rework. Classification criteria are transparent, aligned to NI 43-101/JORC/CRIRSCO, and supported by swath plots, QQ plots and cross-validation. Uncertainty is documented so trade-offs and scenario planning remain defensible.
