Cycle-time data calibrate haul routes and traffic rules. We right-size fleets, assess trolley/BEV options and quantify impacts on availability, energy and heat. Bottlenecks—loading, dumping, crusher feed—are addressed through simulation so tonnes/h improve without hidden risks.
