Summary

In 2021, geology and mining consulting firm Gosselin Mining was tasked to complete a Feasibility Study (FS) technical report in accordance with the disclosure requirements of the JORC 2012. The PHOS-3 Phosphate Project is located circa 40 km northeast of the city of Turaif in the Northern Province in the Kindgdom of Saudi Arabia.

We are proud to announce the completion of the technical report for PHOS-3 Phosphate Project. The purpose of this feasibility study technical report was to provide a condensed geology and mining technical and economic feasibility study of the selected development options for the PHOS-3 mineral project, including appropriately detailed assessments of the applicable mining modifying factors under evaluation. The geological feasibility report includes essential technical data reviews of geological sites, geotechnical information, hydrological data, environmental impacts and detailed economic criteria.
